Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb regular breakfast sausage
  • 2 1/2 cups bisquik
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and form 1 inch balls.  Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
