The Best Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onion or 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cabbage head, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp season salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions:

Using a food processor shred cabbage and carrot add bell pepper, onion.  In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and allow to stand for a few minutes.  Combine the mayonnaise mixture with the slaw and toss.  Chill for at least an hour before serving.
