This old school recipe is easy and refreshing. Hillbilly says it’s his new favorite pie.
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 small container of Cool Whip
With electric mixer , mix cream cheese, lemon juice and Eagle Brand milk well. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until set. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
